1) Browse to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories
2) Right click “Notepad” and select “Run as administrator”
3) Click “Continue” on the UAC prompt
4) Click File -> Open
5) Browse to “C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc”
6) Change the file filter drop down box from “Text Documents (*.txt)” to “All Files (*.*)”
7) Select “hosts” and click “Open”
8) Make the needed changes and close Notepad. Save when prompted.

- Click Start -> Run
- Enter “gpedit.msc”
- Go to Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Update
- Double-click on “Re-prompt for restart with scheduled installations” “No auto-restart for scheduled Automatic Update installation”
- Disable it! Enable it!
- Reboot the computer

In the VMWare Server GUI, select host in the “Inventory” panel (root node of the tree), to the right “Commands” panel should appear with “Edit Virtual Machine Startup/Shutdown Settings”. There will be an option to autostart the guest VM.

The fact that Antivirus Norton is not compatible with Thunderbird,you must configure it manually, perform as explained below:
- Open Norton Antivirus
- Select Configure > File Systems>Auto-Protect
- Cross check the box [Exclude files/folders selected]
- Click [exclusions] and [Files/Folders]
- Select the folder [Inbox] (without extension) under:

Please be sure you are downloading safe files. This virus check is put in for a reason and should only be disabled if you are confident you know what you are doing.
- Type about:config in the Firefox address bar
- Now filter the following browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone
- Set the parameter to False
Now, Firefox wont slow down after every file you download.

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe’s Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.
Since Javascript was enabled, in order to check whether this was a problem of Youtube’s site only, I browse to other sites that I know use flash tech to find that I was really unable to watch any Flash content.
